Returns Policy
You can return most new, unused, and unworn items within 30 days from the date of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Items must be returned with all original packaging, including tags and any accessories.
Sale items and personalized products are non-returnable.
Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).

How to Return an Item:
Contact our customer service team at service@tailorthis.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions for shipping the item back.
Ship the item back to the provided return address. Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return policy, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Receive Return Address: Our customer service will provide the correct return address via email after verifying your return request.

Refund Processing Time: The amount of time it takes for the customer to receive a refund, typically within 3 days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, as long as the order has not yet shipped. Our team generally processes orders within 1-2 business days. If your cancellation request is received before shipping and within the specified time, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Exchanges Policy
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will help guide you through the exchange process.

Eligibility: Exchanges are only available for items that meet our return criteria (unused, in original condition, etc.).
Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of both the returned item and the replacement item. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.

How to Exchange an Item:

Contact us at service@tailorthis.com to initiate the exchange.
Let us know what item or size you would like to exchange for. If the item is in stock, we will process your exchange.
Follow the same return process to ship the original item back to us.
Once we receive your return, we will ship the exchanged item to you.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to resolve the issue.

Return/Exchange Restrictions
Items must be returned within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Personalized or custom products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective.
Items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original tags and packaging.
We cannot process returns or exchanges for sale or discounted items unless there is a defect.
